Zenova Luxe operates in premium residential real estate — an industry where visual perception carries most of the brand's credibility. The previous site wasn't matching the level of "premium" their projects actually deliver.

I went with an architectural art direction — generous white space, restrained typography, project photography treated more like a gallery exhibit than a sales catalogue. Content hierarchy was rebuilt so projects lead the page and technical details follow, matching how the target audience actually browses (visual first, details second).

The new site positions Zenova Luxe exactly where it belongs — exclusive, trustworthy, and intentional in every design choice.
