LugSport runs multiple recreational sports leagues across several locations. Before the redesign, the old site didn't reflect the brand's community energy, and made it hard for players to find the right league for their area and schedule.

I grouped content around three axes — leagues, locations, and player experience — so anyone landing on the site could find their answer within two clicks. The design system was built to scale with new leagues without breaking the overall layout. Art direction leaned on color and motion to capture a "playing field" feeling rather than a plain info page.

The new site lets LugSport showcase the scale of its network while keeping that community, get-in-the-game feel in every detail.
